First response

Run the broad status command before narrowing the diagnosis:

memory status --project <project-slug>

Then use memory doctor for environment/config issues and memory health for service reachability.

What to collect

• Memory Layer version.
• OS and install method.
• Project slug.
• Redacted config summary.
• Health and doctor output.
• Recent service or watcher logs with secrets removed.
